Job Opportunity: Production Site Manager ***SITE MANAGER REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE START - HOLBEACH, LINCOLNSHIRE - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT*** One of our longstanding residential developers, building approximately 500 units per year, is seeking an experienced Production Site Manager. The position is available to start as soon as possible, ideally within the next two weeks, following a two-stage interview process (telephone and face-to-face at the client's Head Office).The company constructs both private open market homes and housing association developments, focusing on high-quality, affordable homes designed to meet diverse resident needs. They pride themselves on outstanding quality and attention to detail in every project. Job Details: Location: Holbeach, LincolnshirePay Rate:£270 - £300 per day (dependent on experience) Start Date: 06.05.25 Duration: Over 12 months or temp to perm Payroll: Weekly Key Responsibilities: Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage the site team and subcontractors to meet project timelines.Address on-site issues promptly and implement effective solutions. Maintain the company's standards of quality throughout the project. Required Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Proven experience managing new build housing projects.Strong leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
