As our Business Development Manager, you will help us grow our property portfolio in Lincolnshire and Heart of England. With our outstanding offering, plus your local knowledge, ability to network, build relationships, and close sales, you will be essential to our success.Responsibilities include: Working toward KPIs to ensure appointments, signed properties, and revenue targets are met Developing relationships with local businesses for referrals and organic growth Presenting new properties effectively, including descriptions, photography, and pricing Generating a pipeline of suitable properties through prospecting, networking, cross-selling, and attending eventsCollaborating with teams to ensure smooth onboarding of property owners What are we looking for?
