We are seeking passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants who are dedicated to making a positive impact on children's education and development. Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pmKey Stage: 2 Location: Lincolnshire Responsibilities: Build nurturing and positive relationships with children through a calm approach. Communicate regularly with families and carers to provide feedback on children's progress. Support all children, including those with additional needs. Facilitate small intervention groups and deliver Phonics sessions for Key Stage 1/2.Collaborate with the Class Teacher and other professionals to enhance children's learning. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and utilise positive behaviour management strategies. Create an inclusive, safe, and fun learning environment. Participate in school and community events and activities.Requirements: Relevant experience working with children, preferably in a school setting. Thorough understanding of the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Valid Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
