Viterra is seeking a Site Supervisor to join us at our Rolleston site. About the Role As Site Supervisor, you will take the lead in the day-to-day operations at our Rolleston site. You will be responsible for ensuring the site is safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently to meet business and customer expectations.This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone with a strong safety focus, excellent planning skills, and a passion for developing team capability. Duties Champion a strong health&safety culture with a zero-harm mindset. Ensure feed and food safety standards, stock integrity, and quality control procedures are upheld. Manage daily site operations, including staff planning, customer service, compliance, and equipment maintenance. Lead and engage a team of 3 direct reports, ensuring training, performance, and communication levels are maintained.Oversee site costs including labour, consumables, and materials, ensuring they align with budgets. Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records using SIMS and conduct regular stock counts. About You Proven leadership experience in operations or logistics. A strong understanding of compliance, biosecurity, and quality management.Confidence in managing MPI stakeholder relationships. Sound computer skills and attention to detail for admin and inventory tracking. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under pressure.
