We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking Business Development Representative to join our team and help build and develop relationships within the Emergency Services, Public Sector, Government, Utilities, and Nuclear sectors. This role involves working through a Telent training plan and collaborating with the team at our Warwick and Camberley offices at least one day per week, alternating weekly.At Telent, you will have the opportunity to be part of something bigger. As you grow in the role, we’ll help you develop a career path at Telent for years to come. BDR - What you’ll do: Gain comprehensive knowledge of Telent, our offerings, and the markets we serve to educate prospects.Work closely with the Sales team to support the sales pipeline by researching target accounts and key stakeholders within these accounts. Create and coordinate campaigns for prospect accounts based on research of your allocated territory. Perform targeted outreach via phone calls, emails, social media, and your own creative efforts to generate interest and promote our services.Follow up on inbound leads from marketing, turning them into meetings and new business opportunities. Analyze and report on weekly activities and pipeline efforts. BDR - Who you are: We seek resilient, driven, self-motivated candidates with relevant sales experience, especially in outbound sales, and the ability to generate new business leads. Experience from other industries is welcomed.
