The breakdown is £50,531 basic salary, increasing annually up to £55,103, plus a location allowance of £1,928 and a non-pensionable allowance of £1,000. Location: Birmingham Role Overview: Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) relies on high-performing individuals daily. As a Business Service Manager, you will manage service level agreements, operational agreements, and underpinning contracts to ensure CTP receives high-quality services to keep the country safe. Join our team and contribute to national security.You will be part of the Customer Service Centre (CSC), providing national IT services for CTP. Your responsibilities include working with internal teams and third-party vendors to support service delivery, monitoring services, producing management reports, tracking service levels, conducting service reviews, and liaising with stakeholders to identify improvements.Required experience includes ITIL service management processes such as Service Level Management, Supplier Management, Service Reporting, Change Management, and Problem Management. Technical knowledge should encompass IT hardware, Cisco and Microsoft technologies, data centre management, and monitoring and automation tools.
