If granted, Bail Support Service offers support to help defendants succeed on bail. Bail Support Officers adopt a holistic, defendant and whānau-centric approach, working alongside defendants, whānau, defence counsel, and community and government social service providers to prepare bail proposals and develop bail support plans.We're seeking passionate individuals who want to make a real difference for defendants and their whānau, and are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You should be motivated, eager to learn, adaptable, and a team player. The starting salary is $64,359, with appointment and remuneration reflecting skills and experience.
