About the Role Responsibilities are Leadership/Management of staff Operational Support to the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) TeamworkStaff Development Administration duties including supporting a particular team Follows the principles of the Te Ara Tauwhirotanga– Pathways that lead us to act with kindness Model of Care About the Team/Service/ Location The role oversees 9 administrators and although based in Rotorua will provide some leadership to the Taupo office. You'll form an integral part of the Mental Health&Addictions Service administration team reporting to the CNM Adult(Te Ngako) Community Mental Health&Addictions Service and work closely with the Southern Lakes Adult CNM.
