Assistant Manger 2IC - Dairy Farm, Rotorua

Our client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager (2IC) and a dairy assistant who's serious about building a career in the dairy industry. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience in dairy farming, looking to take the next step. You'll need to have a solid background in herd management, milking, and animal health, and be confident working to meet health&safety, animal welfare, Fonterra, and environmental standards. You'll also need to be ready to step up and run the farm when the manager is away - so leadership skills and reliability are a must. We're after someone who's a real team player, can lead by example, manage staff well, and takes pride in doing a tidy, thorough job.
