Based in Rotorua, this CSA / Parts Apprentice role is key to maintaining excellent customer relationships with both external and internal clients. Responsibilities include:Exceptional communication with customers, both written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updates. Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation. Creating work orders, allocating work to the workshop, and invoicing. Working closely with the Workshop to ensure parts availability.Monitoring stock, spare parts, and inventory. Who You Are To succeed as a CSA / Parts Advisor, you should have previous experience in a parts or warehouse role, preferably within the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you build positive relationships and drive business outcomes.You will have: A mature, responsible, and proactive attitude. A good work ethic and self-motivation. Willingness to undertake structured training. Ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills.
