REVIEW OF TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing food according to recipes and standards. Assisting with menu planning and development. Managing and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene are maintained. Ensuring that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standard and presented beautifully.Maintaining accurate records of food costs and wastage. Managing food inventory and ordering. Ensuring that health and safety standards in the kitchen are met at all times. Continuously developing and innovating new dishes to enhance the menu. REQUIREMENTS Pastry Chef de Partie or similar position with at least two years of relevant work experience.Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Food Hygiene&Safety Qualification (not essential). Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
