Join our dynamic Finance Systems and Master Data (FSMD) team, where we manage and maintain data quality within the Finance function. Our team ensures our finance systems operate smoothly and efficiently.As a Finance Master Data Coordinator, you will monitor master data creation and maintenance daily. Your focus will be on managing business partners, including customers and suppliers, by validating and enriching requests to meet business needs. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that values accuracy, quality, and collaboration.Please note this is a fixed-term contract for 8 months. The Finance Master Data Coordinator will support stakeholders in Zespri's master data systems (e.g., Syniti). Support may include: Serving as SME for Finance Master Data Being the primary contact for issue resolution within the business Providing training on tools to the wider Zespri team and Finance departmentMaster Data Responsibilities Processing requests for establishing and maintaining business partners, ensuring correct roles are assigned globally Acting as SME for business partner master data setup, advising on rules and management approaches Resolving escalations and exceptions in master data processes, including queries from other unitsPerforming data quality monitoring, cleansing, and enrichment Building relationships with stakeholders to improve processes and data quality Contributing to defining KPIs for data quality and process management Developing and delivering training materials to end users Maintaining key master data for FlexiPurchase and managing connections with credit card providersFinance Systems and Master Data Responsibilities Identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness Maintaining process documentation Managing external banking portals used by Treasury and Accounts Payable Supporting the implementation of finance policies and proceduresParticipating in team meetings and events Upholding Zespri's values and standards Ko wai koe?
