Ngā Kawenga me ngā Mahi – Duties and responsibilities: End to end management ofthe ECE and its employeesLead the development and review of centre teaching programmes and procedures and provide professional leadership and management to the team Ensure compliance with the ECE Code of Ethics among the teaching team Develop knowledge and support the teaching team in the use of Te Reo, tikanga Māori, Treaty of Waitangi and Whakatōheatanga.Ngā wheako me ngā pūkenga - Experience and skills required: Recognised early childhood education qualification, a current practice certificate with full teacher registration Previous experience as a team lead or manager in education Experience developing education and work development programmes, within a Kaupapa Māori contextCommitment to continually improve work performance Knowledge of Te Whakatōhea me ona tikanga would be highly regarded.
