We're looking for a dedicated Kerbside Waste Educator to join our team and help lead the charge in waste education and management across our district. The opportunity Inspecting bins to check for contamination, educating residents on how to reduce waste and recycle correctly, and helping to encourage better waste management behaviour.Visiting households, engaging with residents, and providing practical advice on proper waste disposal. Monitoring and reporting on waste collection patterns to identify areas for improvement. Reducing contamination in recycling and food bins, making the waste system more sustainable and efficient.Assisting in reducing illegal dumping in our District. To set you up for success, you'll have Experience in data entry and documentation management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. What we offer Five weeks annual leave (Prorated).
