Hotel Armitage is currently looking for an enthusiastic F&B Supervisor to join our friendly team! To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for the following duties: Welcome and serve clients in the restaurant and bar. Address guests' demands immediately and in a professional manner. Set up boardrooms and service them. Have an eye for details, be careful, and collaborate with checklists and any equipment created to meet your tasks.Ensure that you are fully oriented before service regarding expected levels of business, peak service times, special events, and meetings. Keep the restaurant/bar/conference area clean and the kitchen tidy (including cleaning dishes). Requirements: An enthusiasm for customer service is a must. Ideally, you have your LCQ and/or Supervisor's License.Knowledge and experience of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act, Food Safety, Health and Safety. A great attitude and a love for hospitality. You should be confident, a team player, and flexible in your role. Experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader role.
