We're seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: Monitor security cameras Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floorInteract with customers and address their concerns Upload events onto our crime reporting platform. Hours of work: Sunday and Monday: 11:30am - 8pm (Some flexibility with start/finish times will be a requirement) Qualifications He kōrero mōu ake - About you Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Ideally, you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods.
