Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, Dunwoodie&Green Surveyors Ltd About Us Dunwoodie&Green Surveyors Ltd was established in 1965 to serve the Coromandel Peninsula and Hauraki Plans. We are looking for a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join our small team based in Thames. Qualifications&Experience Be a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, or Surveyor about to apply for licensing. Familiar with NZ Landonline processing and current Cadastral Rules. Preferably proficient with the use of Magnet Office and Magnet Field. Have good communication skills, and be able to work independently and within a team.Have a full, clean NZ driver’s licence. Tasks&Responsibilities Carrying out a wide range of tasks including cadastral, topographical and engineering surveys. Resource consent applications and subdivision design. Carry out a combination of field and office work. Be part of a small company in a team environment. Work on a variety of jobs, with involvement from start to finish.Remuneration based on experience.
