Production Manager, Kopu

Reporting to the National Manufacturing Manager, you will lead a team of Production Supervisors and Production workers (15-20 people), in order to ensure production targets are met, safety and quality are at the forefront, and the team are trained and developed.You will have previous experience in a similar leadership role for at least 3-5 years. You will relish the opportunity to take the team to the next level and enjoy seeing people flourish under your leadership. You may also have had prior experience in project management, maintenance and/or engineering.You will be a self-starter who is highly motivated by reaching and exceeding production targets, growing and developing staff, and being committed to the safety of the team and the quality of our product. You’re an effective problem solver, don’t mind getting your hands dirty, are down to earth, and very planned&organized. You can communicate well both verbally and written - with all levels of the business - and you’re committed to continuous improvement every day. Aside from the production team, in this role you will work closely with the Technical Manager, the Maintenance Manager, the Group Health&Safety Manager, and the Site Administrator.
