Experience working with third-party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure compliance. Ability to work with customers on quality-related issues. What you need to know about this position This role leads the development of Quality strategies and supports the business unit strategies. Responsibilities include policy development, implementing, and improving Quality practices across the organization.Key responsibilities include: Leading execution of Quality strategies and programs to support the BU's quality initiatives. Managing quality programs for internal and external factories in the SoCo BU. Ensuring products, facilities, processes, and systems meet company and legislative standards.Championing the BU Quality Pillar and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Acting as SSMT Coordinator and Technical Lead for the BU. Leveraging Center Quality resources for Food Safety, Sanitation, and Supplier Quality. Building relationships with external stakeholders and customers. Overseeing BU Commercial Quality priorities.Job specific requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or related field. 10-15 years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D. Knowledge of quality systems and policies, HACCP, ISO9001/22000, L6S (min 5 yrs). Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams (min 5 yrs). Practical experience in Food and Beverage categories, preferably high-risk products (min 2+ yrs). Proactive attitude and results-driven approach.Ability to influence in a matrix organization. Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. Strategic and learning agility. Work schedule Hybrid model, requiring visits to Thames’s office, Villa Mercedes’s plant, Pacheco’s plant, and external manufacturers. Business Unit Summary: Mondelēz Southern Cone serves Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, producing over 40 brands including Milka, Oreo, Cadbury, and local favorites like Cerealitas and Terrabusi.#J-18808-Ljbffr
