Service Electrician, Timaru

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced electrician to join our busy Timaru team. You'll be responsible for servicing our customers' pivot, hard and soft hose irrigators, pumps, and irrigation across the South Canterbury area.About the Role: Inspect electrical systems and components for hazards and defects. Diagnose issues using test equipment and hand tools. Repair and service domestic pumps, irrigation pumps, and irrigators. Ensure all electrical work meets industry standards. Suggest ideas to improve system efficiencies.Assist Operations with the electrical commissioning of our customers' pivot, pumps and irrigation systems. We're looking for someone who is: A NZ Registered Electrician who has a knack for mechanical work. Experienced in motor control. Experience with a range of irrigators would be a bonus! Positive and motivated with a can-do attitude, eager to tackle varied and challenging tasks.Willing to learn new skills on the job.
