We are seeking Registered Nurses to come and be part of our great team.We have two positions available at the moment - one is full time (64 - 80 hours) and one is part time (approx 48 hours). The Role:We are looking for Registered Nurses who will become part of a team of devoted and caring professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents. You will establish and maintain a therapeutic partnership with residents and their families to achieve optimum health and well-being through appropriate assessment, critical analysis of clinical information, clinical reasoning, care planning&delivery, evaluation and education. Responsibilities: Plan resident care ensuring resident’s health and well-being needs are assessed in an organised, systematic and timely manner Establish and maintain effective relationships with residents and families and gain their respect and trust Demonstrate leadership in maintaining a resident-focused care environment and accepts responsibility for leading and directing nursing care to others in the health care teamAbout You:We are looking for someone who has a passion for working in aged care with empathy and compassion. You will be a Registered Nurse with a current New Zealand Practicing Certificate. We require an experienced nurse who can work rostered and rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. You MUST have at least 2 years experience working as a RN in New Zealand.You will have demonstrated clinical organisation and management skills, a high standard of oral and written communication skills and the ability to lead a team. You will need to demonstrate ability and self-direction in meeting resident and facility needs. You will need to be able to work collaboratively within a teamFind out more and apply!
