Lead Gardener, Wellington

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Lead Gardener . This is a Full-Time position working Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1630 . In this role you will: Lead a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in a resort-style setting for our residents, their families, and staff to enjoy.Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great aesthetic appearance and safety of all grounds areas. Enjoy variety with responsibilities including a bowling green, water features, residential, and shared areas. Work closely with and support your team and colleagues. About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, you will have:Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role. Ability to lead a motivated and productive team. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. A reliable, friendly, and professional manner.
