More information can be found on the WorkSafe website .Person specifications Specific skills required The Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety is seeking candidates for one of two member roles on the WorkSafe Board: Role– Education and Engagement Extensive experience designing and implementing system-level awareness and/or education programs to improve outcomes.Deep experience working with communities and/or business networks to achieve change. Ability to network and connect with key stakeholder groups and communities. Foundational Skills Proven governance experience in public or private sectors, with knowledge of good governance practices. Leadership qualities.Strategic thinking and ability. A clear understanding of public accountability and the relationship between Government and Crown Entities. An interest in New Zealand’s work health and safety environment, including workplace illness and occupational diseases. Understanding of technological advancements, trends, and their organizational uses, at both Board and organizational levels.#J-18808-Ljbffr
