Working with our MedChart Support Team and based in New Zealand or Brisbane, you will do the best work of your career and make a profound impact by providing better care for a healthier planet.What you’ll achieve As an Application Support Consultant, you will be part of a diverse team focused on providing comprehensive support for our clinical solutions across Australia and New Zealand. You will apply your functional and technical knowledge, especially in MS SQL applications, to support our market-leading MedChart software, impacting the healthcare sector.You will: Provide incident triage, analysis, resolution, and problem categorization. Deliver quality incident and problem resolution within contracted service levels. Offer functional and technical advice regarding Dedalus Medication management solutions. Build strong relationships with customers to foster collaboration and growth.Participate in a rotating roster for out-of-hours incident support. Essential Requirements 4+ years’ experience in: Service Desk L2 / L3 support for healthcare or hospital medication management applications. Providing functional and technical support for healthcare IT systems. Proficiency in written and verbal communication.MS SQL read and write experience. Desirable Requirements Degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology. Understanding of ITIL processes. Knowledge of interfacing and HL7 messaging.
