Blueblood Steakhouse is hiring highly motivated, experienced bar assistant team members. Responsibilities: Assisting with opening and closing duties, including organization and restocking of the bar with ice, alcohol, wine, glassware, and garnishes. Serving cocktails, beer, and wine in a high-paced environment, requiring memorization of table and seat numbers, cocktails, and strong tray carrying skills.Maintaining cleanliness of the bar by wiping surfaces, removing soiled glassware, cleaning coolers and storage areas, and managing trash and recycling. Learning food menu items and acquiring strong knowledge of house and classic cocktails. Preparing complex syrups, infusions, and other ingredients for a high-end bar program.Performing other duties as assigned by the manager.
