This newly created Digital Workplace Lead position sits inour Corporate and Market Services Group, reporting to the Manager–Risk, Information Servicesand CISO. You’ll own the strategic design, buildand management of our enterprise cloud and digital workplace platforms (includingMicrosoft Azure, Office365and our end-user computing estate). You’ll work withsenior leaders to turn business needs into scalable, secure cloud solutions,drive DevOps and automation practices to streamline operations, and keepsystems reliable through proactive monitoring and optimisation. You’ll managekey vendor relationships and IT service management processes, ensuring SLAs aremet and customers stay satisfied. You’ll also partner with our security team toembed compliance and risk management controls, and develop policies that alignwith government digital standards.You’ll bring proven experience designing, deploying andoperating cloud and endpoint architectures in an enterprise or public sectorsetting. You’re comfortable working with service providers and negotiating todeliver high quality outcomes. You’ll have a relevant tertiary qualification(or equivalent experience) and a solid grasp of cloud and digital servicemanagement concepts. You’re a clear communicator who can explain technicalideas simply to varied audiences, with strong written and presentation skills.A customer service mindset, critical thinking flair and meticulous attention todetailwill serve you well. You work autonomously, adapt quickly to newtechnologies, and show curiosity, resilience and integrity in everything youdo.Why work with us?
