Howmet Dover Alloy provides vacuum and air-melted nickel- and cobalt-based superalloys to aerospace, gas turbine, medical, and other high-tech industrial markets.Position Overview We are looking for an Electrician A to join our Dover Casting team in Dover, New Jersey. This Afternoon shift position works Monday - Friday (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) . Training occurs on the 1st shift (M-F, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM). Starting hourly rate is $36.75, increasing to $39.35 after 12 months. Responsibilities Support electrical systems maintenance and installation as directed by supervision or senior electricians.Inspect and repair circuits and wiring, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment. Assist in training less experienced electricians. Perform minor mechanical maintenance when required. Locate and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, replacing components as needed.Qualifications Basic: Must have at least 4 years of experience in an electrician role within a manufacturing environment, a high school diploma or GED, and legal authorization to work in the US.
