Your responsibilities include assessing sector risks, evaluating entity performance, and engaging with market participants. There is ample opportunity to grow and learn. What is the most exciting aspect of this opportunity?The work you do will support fair outcomes for consumers, and you'll be involved in interesting, challenging, and thought-provoking tasks at the forefront of regulatory delivery. Ideally, you will have experience in non-financial risk management and analysis or come from a line 1 or line 2 risk role. We are keen to understand your motivation for fair consumer treatment and how you've prioritized consumer outcomes in your previous roles.You should also possess strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. We will support you as you apply your curiosity and critical thinking skills at the FMA. While you may not have all these skills, a growth mindset is central to our culture.
