About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to support and grow our primary care nursing workforce. The Programme Lead– Nursing will oversee the implementation of nursing workforce initiatives within the Primary Care Tactical Action Plan (PCTAP). The role involves establishing programme management processes, designing commissioning processes, managing implementation, and providing support and guidance on delivery.The Programme Lead - Nursing will ensure robust programme management systems are in place to handle large and sometimes competing priorities. This includes reporting and financial oversight required by stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health and Treasury. About you You will be responsible for the effective delivery of the programme and its initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable results. This includes developing, implementing, and overseeing work plans that support organisational goals while remaining adaptable to evolving needs.You will work collaboratively with teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and implement sustainable changes that enhance outcomes for staff and communities.
