You will be supported by a senior project manager and receive appropriate mentoring. Your responsibilities will typically include: Establishing the project by appointing consultants, producing feasibility studies, monitoring statutory processes, and advising on procurement options.Managing the construction phase, including QA/risk, financial reporting, budget management, programming, defects, remedial works, and project reports. Managing stakeholders and conducting or chairing meetings. Candidates should come from a project management consultancy with 3-5 years of NZ-based experience across industries such as aged care, high-rise residential, health, education, utilities, and rail. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Building Science is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude, and passion are important.
