If you answered yes, you may be the superstar Paralegal we need!Client-Focused Tasks: Draft legal pleadings and motions Engage with the Legal Team to understand legal strategies for each case Communicate with clients throughout their legal journey Manage and analyze discovery Prepare memoranda to update team members and clients on case status Participate in team trainings, team-building activities, and growth opportunitiesCoordinate billable time entries with the Billing Assistant Monitor tracking numbers and stay aligned with quarterly KPIs Keep files organized and ensure attorneys are prepared Complete billable hours Other Duties: Develop and refine firm systems, policies, procedures, templates, scripts, workflows, and videos to improve efficiencyAssist team members as needed Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in family law At least 3 years of legal experience working under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm Completion of a nationally-accredited paralegal program is strongly preferred High-level organizational and time-management skillsCompensation: $25 - $30 hourly About Chaykin Law Group, P.A.
