Concord Lexington Periodontics is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated periodontist with at least a year of experience in a practice setting to join our established practice in Concord&Lexington, Massachusetts. This is a unique position where the right doctor will have autonomy and encouragement to provide exceptional comprehensive care in a multi-specialty, patient-focused environment. Our ideal candidates are experienced doctors who prefer to practice in high-end, mostly fee-for-service offices. We are especially interested in doctors who may want to become equity partners and share in the profits without the hassles of office management. We value doctors who are excellent communicators and can build strong relationships with patients and co-workers.Values hard work, motivation, ambition, and reliability. Compensation Our doctors receive 40% of their collections, while the office pays 60% of lab fees from your preferred lab.
