The Opportunity This is your chance to be a core part of a small, creative team where your ideas are heard, your work is valued, and your impact is visible.In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll take the lead on a mix of internal and external communications. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things comms—managing internal channels, crafting social media content, and overseeing improvements to our website design and performance. You’ll plan and deliver strategic campaigns, bring stories to life with compelling content, and ensure our messaging is consistent, engaging, and impactful across all platforms—from e-newsletters and social media to case studies and news articles.You’re someone who not only delivers great work—you reflect on its impact, analyse what’s working, and look for new ways to improve. Strategic thinking and creativity go hand in hand for you. Your responsibilities include: Content Creation - Delivering engaging content across internal and external channels.Writing&Storytelling– Case studies, news posts, and engaging content. Social Media Management– Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and scheduling tools like Hootsuite. Website Management– Keeping content fresh and user-focused while improving SEO performance. Email Marketing&Automation– Managing EDM calendars, segmentation, and automation through platforms like Mailchimp. You’re confident juggling multiple priorities, love working collaboratively, and know how to turnideas into action.You’ll bring: A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience with SharePoint and content management systems. Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in content creation and content planning. Confidence using social media analytics tools to measure impact and refine strategy.The ability to develop and deliver effective internal and external communication strategies. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with ease. A collaborative mindset, but also comfortable working independently when needed.
