What You’ll Bring to the Table | Ngā Mea ka Mauria e Koe ki te Rūnanga : Experienced in contract support and administration, with at least 2 years' experience working alongside operational teams.Performance and accuracy are top of mind, and you take pride in a job well done. Understand workflow and can deliver exceptional customer service. Enjoy being part of a successful team who likes to have a bit of fun from time to time. IT skills, with Microsoft Office intermediate to advanced Excel and Word as a requirement; Microsoft BI experience is a bonus.Able to prioritise your workload and have effective communication skills at all levels of the business. Effectively manage claiming and invoicing activities. Support the Contract Delivery Manager with financial analysis for continuous improvement and contract compliance. Engage and support sub-contractors with accurate claiming and payments.Use Power BI and other Microsoft products to produce accurate contract reports. Continually focus on improving Client and Citycare contract reporting. Comprehensive training and ongoing support and mentoring to aid personal development.
