Due to our ongoing growth across the Australian and New Zealand market, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Support Associate to be a part of this expansion.Key Responsibilities: End to end onboarding of contractors and casuals. Conducting background/compliance checks. Invoicing in alignment with timelines. Liaising with client, contractor and payroll. Assisting in preparation of reports, presentations and documentation for external clients and internal meetings.About you: We hire our people based on their motivations, career goals, and culture fit to our teams. We don’t require you to have recruitment experience to join our team. We would love to hear about your previous experience whether it be in administration, customer service, sales or more. Desired Qualifications:Experience within a fast-moving customer service environment. Ability to provide administrative support and customer service for internal and external customers. Proven success implementing new processes and delivering on requirements. A growth mindset. Team player. Keen interest to learn about the industries we support.Desire to learn and develop.
