About this role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi You will be responsible for delivering high-quality commercial property legal advice, including reviewing and drafting documents at varying levels of complexity. Working closely with Partner, Lester Houghton, you will be part of a collaborative team that values your input.You will have many opportunities to work directly with clients, which includes local authorities, tertiary institutes, and large commercial clients. Work will include but not be limited to:Property and business acquisitions and disposals Commercial leasing Entity formation and restructuring Contract drafting and negotiations Significant local subdivisions Ideally, you will be based in the Manawatū or Wellington, but remote working with the ability to travel may be considered for the right person.
