This is a role that potentially provides a career trajectory towards aftersales management.The role Duties include but are not limited to the following: Controlling workflow Communication with the technical team to achieve accurate work completion estimates Communication with direct end customers and effectively communicating often technically complex information to the end user in a way they can comprehendCoordination with a range of aftersales staff such as Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and the Service Manager Helping to ensure workshop targets are met or exceeded Skills and qualifications required A relevant automotive trade qualification, preferably in heavy automotive engineering Solid communication skillsGood computer skills An excellent technical understanding of heavy commercial vehicle repairs The ability to remain calm and work with the technical team to solve technical issues Clean driver's license Remuneration and benefits While the remuneration for this role will prove attractive, this role represents not only the immediate benefits of above average income and a superior work environment, but a career pathway for those with a desire to develop their career into a more senior aftersales/service management role.
