Responsibilities Skilled Nursing Care and Comprehensive AssessmentTeaching, Supervision, and Counseling Clients and Caregivers Interdisciplinary collaboration Problem solving and critical thinking skills Monitors patient progress to ensure accomplishment of patient goals Oasis documentation Provides appropriate care for a range of physician-ordered treatments (PleurX Drain, Finger stick Coagulation checks, wound care, wound vacs, IVs, phlebotomy, Trachs, Peg Tube, Ostomies, Telehealth)Qualifications Prior RN Home Health experience highly preferred. Competencies Skills Essential: Experience in Hospital or Acute Care Setting Clear Communication Skills Both Written and Verbal Able to Keep Confidential Information Regarding Patients, Team Members Able to Withstand Crisis SituationsHas Skills to Provide Customer Service to Patients, Team Members and Visitors Proof of Current/Valid Car Insurance Knowledge and Experience with Electronic Health Records Valid DL with No More Than 3 Moving Violations Credentials Essential: RN - Registered Nurse BLS - Basic Life Saving certificationEducation Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
