We have an exciting nine-month Personal Assistant opportunity supporting a senior manager with a government agency in the heart of Wellington. Responsibilities Include Diary&Email Management– Stay one step ahead, coordinating schedules and keeping things on track. Minute&Note Taking– Capture key discussions and decisions in high-level meetings. Travel&Event Coordination– Organise travel, workshops, and venues. Financial Administration – Handle invoices and expenses. Team Support – Assist the wider team with as needed administration tasks. To Be Successful, You Will Have Previous Personal Assistant experience in government or corporate settings.Strong proficiency in managing diaries and emails efficiently. Proactive approach with a track record of planning and prioritising. Discretion when handling confidential, commercially sensitive, or personal information.
