The service is fast-paced as customers stay only a short time before being served. The successful applicant will be expected to: Prepare, cook, and serve food to meet the specifications as defined by the service.Assist in supervising and mentoring kitchen staff. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained. Participate in menu development. Work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes. Create a warm, efficient, and fun environment. This position is contracted for 20 hours per week.
