You will be responsible for ensuring that all Restaurant operations run efficiently. Key responsibilities: Manage the daily operation and help deliver the best guest experience Lead and mentor the Restaurant team and actively cultivate a collaborative culture based on mutual respect and trustReview, implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficient delivery Responsible for Restaurant financial management including budgeting, ordering and stock take with accuracy and efficiency Rosters, daily briefings, onboarding, recruitment, performance reviews Daily interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth operationsAbout you: This is a key position and you will need to have strong focus on excellence, plenty of enthusiasm and a flexible approach. You must be self motivated, a team player and able to work well in a high pressure environment. In addition , the successful candidate will have: Previous management level F&B experience in a fine dining environment Minimum of 3 years experience Relevant Hospitality Management qualification (certificate, diploma or degree) A commitment to high quality restaurant service delivery Proven experience to drive a team and foster team work Administrative management experience and sound financial acumenAttention to detail and exceptional organisational skills Experience training staff in fine dining A high degree of professionalism And a winning personality!
