Based across the Wellington Region This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week The remuneration range for this role is $125,174 - $176,716 (including Kiwisaver) depending on skills and experienceThe opportunity The purpose of this position is to lead and manage planned maintenance activities within the Network Maintenance Team, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The role will work with the Network Operations team to confirm programmes of work then manage the delivery of this programme, including procurement and project management. The role will support complex incident response and provide engineering expertise to the wider team.About you To be successful in this role you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field. Strong project and contract management skills delivering 3 Waters Network Infrastructure projects desirable. Working knowledge of statutory legislation, including Government Act, Resource Management Act, Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and legislation.Have Commercial acumen and a commitment to Health and Safety. Ability to lead, mentor a team of engineers and be a problem solver with strong communications and stakeholder management skills.
