This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. In this role, you will: Lead a team dedicated to maintaining our beautiful gardens in a resort-style setting for residents, their families, and staffService the grounds and gardens to ensure aesthetic appeal and safety Enjoy variety working with a bowling green, water features, residential, and shared areas Collaborate closely with and support your team and colleagues About You To succeed in our caring environment, you will have: Previous experience as a Gardener or LandscaperAbility to lead a motivated and productive team Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail A reliable, friendly, and professional manner About Ryman At Ryman, we believe a full life gets richer with age.
