Workforce Planning Analyst at NZ Defence Force, Wellington - Wairarapa Mō te tūnga | About the role We are seeking a fixed-term Workforce Planning Analyst within the Workforce Planning, Systems and Analytics Unit of the Defence Human Resources (DHR) Directorate. The Workforce Reporting and Analytics Team provides workforce analytics and insights to support NZDF decision-making regarding workforce requirements.This role will cover a period of extended leave and is responsible for: Transforming people data into insights for NZDF decision makers, the broader People Capability Portfolio, and NZDF overall. Responding to internal and external data queries. Completing core reporting commitments accurately and promptly, including Official Information Act requests, Parliamentary Questions, and workforce reporting for the Public Service Commission.Managing, maintaining, and developing workforce planning databases and tools. This fixed-term position begins in June for four months and offers a valuable learning experience with support from a dedicated professional team.
