Description
As part of our Inbound Team, you’ll be in a customer service frontline role, representing The Co-operative as a first point of contact with customers, managing their day-to-day banking via non-face-to-face channels. You will provide an excellent customer experience by quickly and efficiently assessing customer needs, providing relevant information, and referring to more experienced staff or the customer advice team if required.Role Impact and Goals You will play a significant role in achieving our customer service and business goals, ultimately delivering award-winning customer service and supporting customers to Bank Better. This part-time role involves 22 hours per week, with the schedule below: Monday - 8:00 am to 2:30 pm Tuesday - 8:00 am to 12:30 pm Wednesday - 8:00 am to 12:30 pm Thursday - 8:00 am to 12:30 pmFriday - 8:00 am to 2:30 pm There is also an option to pick up additional hours when available.
