Our client is seeking customer service representatives with strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and a passion for problem-solving! The Role: Multiple full-time positions available Evening shifts - between 11:30AM - 9PM Operate 7 days a week between 7am and 12:30pm, with potential weekend workTemporary contract (6 months) with a high chance of extension or permanence Set shifts, ensuring predictable scheduling Intake date: 19th May 2025 3 weeks of paid training Location: Central Wellington in a modern office Join a diverse, fun, and supportive environment As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you will:Be the first point of contact, providing technical customer service over the phone Troubleshoot technical issues with customers Log incidents and manage support processes Sound like you?
