Known for our high safety standards, exceptional customer care, and energetic team culture. As we grow across Wellington, we need a sharp, proactive Project Coordinator to keep us running smoothly. In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate schedules, support quoting, and help streamline operations and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule commercial and residential window and building cleaning jobs across theWellington region. Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, resolve issues, and maintain service quality. Quoting and post service reporting Work closely with field staff to ensure jobs are efficiently routed and completed.Track job progress and manage changes or disruptions in daily operations. Use scheduling software to maintain job records (training provided). Conduct on-site safety and service audits to uphold health and safety standards. Contribute to onboarding of new field staff and operational improvements.Provide weekly performance reporting on job completion, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. Skills, Experience, and QualificationsMinimum requirements: At least 2 years’ experience in an operations, coordination, or logistics role (e.g., technician scheduling, project support, or field services).Strong communication and customer service skills—confidence dealing with trades staff and residential customers. Competent with digital tools (Microsoft suit, job scheduling software, H&S software). Strong attention to detail and time management, with a practical understanding of team efficiency. Excellent time management skills and the ability to plan and multi-task. Proven ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues under time pressure. A Good understanding of maintenance services, in particular with working at heights health and safety compliance.We are a drug free company; you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug check. Tertiary-level education and experience managing staff Desirable (but not required): Experience in building washing and window cleaning Knowledge of Wellington geography and traffic logistics. Multilingual or bilingual (particularly Spanish/English) a plus.What we offer: 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 7:30 am start (some flexibility required for occasional weekend or early morning coordination). Competitive Salary $65K - $72K based on experience and skills Based out of our Wellington office, with site visits.
