Role Overview We are seeking a project analyst skilled in planning and analysis to contribute to the development and execution of organizational priorities, programme and change frameworks, processes, practices, and capabilities. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with programme and initiative leads, business owners, subject matter experts, product and process owners, development teams, and other stakeholders to plan and analyze projects and initiatives, ensuring effective delivery.Perform planning, scheduling, workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and current and future state analysis. Understand internal and external customer needs and translate them for technical teams and stakeholders to facilitate successful change delivery that benefits customers, staff, and the bank.Qualifications and Experience 3-5 years of project experience, including project management, coordination, scheduling, change management, or business analysis. Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with diverse stakeholders to understand outcomes, processes, and challenges. Experience across various banking functions is advantageous.Strong critical thinking, business acumen, preferably in financial services.
