For more information, please visit le: Engagement Manager Summary: We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our vibrant growing Solutions organization as an Engagement Manager. You will work on an ongoing basis with a portfolio of our largest customers to drive the utilization of the BioCatch Behavioral Biometric solution to create positive business outcomes. Post-sales, you will define the strategic direction of the customer, collaborate with the customer to jointly solve problems, and pair with Account Managers to identify and explore new opportunities to leverage BioCatch data and services to protect our customers from cybercriminals. Partner with your Threat Analyst and Solutions Engineer to present consultative solutions to a wide range of audiences, from executives to business owners, and maintain your position as a trusted advisor by continued engagement with the customer. This role will work across multiple industries, with a primary focus on top-tier Financial Institutions in EMEA.Role Responsibilities: Manage risks to efficacy of the BioCatch solution for our most strategic customers. Function as a single point of contact for general consulting, incident reporting, and escalation for our most valuable customers, working in tandem with BioCatch Support, Service Delivery, Threat Analyst, and Data Scientists.Manage project coordination and provide strategic oversight for project team to ensure adherence to a schedule and scope when delivering new use cases for customers. Develop, and update project plans for technology delivery that forecast timelines, resource needs, and task ownership. Develop the work breakdown structure and iterate with each project to maintain efficiency.Track milestones and deliverables, syncing up with the customer delivery team and identifying risks to timelines. Communicate customer expectations to the Solution Delivery team and Threat Analyst team during project flow. Lead the project team through customer issues by identifying remediation paths, executing plans, and keeping stakeholders informed.Coach the project team and provide feedback on performance, remaining open to feedback. Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with customers to provide updates, gather feedback, and motivate early adoption of product enhancements and features. Advocate for customers within BioCatch, liaising with Solutions, R&D, Products, and Engineering teams. Lead&present Quarterly Business Reviews to customer business owners, reviewing achievements and planning future projects. Provide updates on customer status and KPIs to internal stakeholders. Prepare and review Statements of Work, validating feasibility and effort estimates. Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to identify new sales opportunities.Present at conferences and promote the BioCatch solution to enhance personal and company brand. Requirements: At least 5 years of post-sales consulting experience in cyber security, fraud, payments, or technology, working with top-tier customers. Proficiency in English and French; additional languages, especially German and Dutch, are a plus.Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline; candidates from other disciplines may be considered. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with technical teams and translating requirements for non-technical stakeholders. Expertise in consultative skills, data quality concepts, and project management.Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple requests. Teamwork, conflict management, resilience under pressure, and a positive, entrepreneurial attitude. Resourcefulness and ability to operate independently.
