About the Role Working for our Public Sector client as a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll take ownership of identifying and analysing business needs related to the delivery of online services and the decommissioning of legacy systems. You'll work closely with SMEs, product teams, and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements, document processes, and help drive smooth transitions across platforms.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on solving problems, can quickly grasp unfamiliar systems, and enjoys working independently. Your ability to build relationships, produce high-quality documentation, and transfer knowledge will be key to your success. Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesEngage with SMEs and stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements Document business processes, workflows, and technical requirements clearly and concisely Analyse and support the decommissioning of software, with a focus on data and archival needs Contribute to the delivery of online services using Salesforce functionalitySupport change initiatives by sharing knowledge and guiding others through system changes Skills and Experience Required Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst working independently in complex environments Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong technical writing and documentation capabilityConfident navigating unfamiliar systems and applications Understanding of case management software and experience with Salesforce Experience with system decommissioning and knowledge of data retention/archival processes How to Apply Click APPLY and include your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your suitability.
